According to the EU Regulation 2016/679 and Personal Data Protection Code (Legislative Decree No. 196 of June 30, 2003, as amended by Legislative Decree No. 101 of August 10, 2018), with reference to the data processing activities related to the "DucatoPrize 23 or DP23", organized by the association COIL ART MOTIVE 2 APS, it is necessary to provide the following information: 1. Processing of personal data Responsible for the processing of personal data: DucatoPrize 23 www.ducatoprize.com / info@ducatoprize.it 2. Purposes of personal data management Personal data are processed for the following purposes: fulfillment and activities related to the management procedures of the activities related to the Prize, aimed at national and international artists. Legal Basis: performance of a task of public interest in compliance with the obligations under the relevant laws and regulations. 3. Categories of data and management of their reproduction The processing concerns the following categories of data: Personal data: first name, last name, date of birth, place of birth, country of birth, social security number, address of residence, city, zip code, telephone, email, photographs of the submitted work, technical sheet of the work, curriculum vitae + portfolio, payment information, receipt of payment of the entry fee. As part of the management of activities related to the "DucatoPrize" and the purposes expressed in the announcement, COIL ART MOTIVE 2 APS informs that: - the selection of works will be made by a specially identified jury of international experts; - the selected works and the identifying data of the artist, will be published in a special printed and/or digital catalog and on the website www.ducatoprize.com; - the selected works and the artist's identification data may be exhibited in the venues indicated in the announcement or in other appropriate exhibition spaces; - COIL ART MOTIVE 2 APS and/or DucatoPrize reserves the right to organize other and future promotional, exhibition and cultural and social dissemination initiatives that feature the winning and/or finalist works of the Prize; - COIL ART MOTIVE 2 APS and/or DucatoPrize reserves the possibility to proceed free of charge to the reproduction in print, web and social, of the works and documentation released by the applying artists, for purposes of promotion of the Prize and related events. 4. Modalities of data processing The processing is carried out in compliance with the principles regulated by Article 5 of the EU Regulation 2016/679 and the rights of the data subject regulated in Chapter III of the same Regulation. The processing is carried out by means (partly automated or automated and/or non-automated) and includes the operations or set of operations necessary for the pursuit of the purposes referred to in point 2 above, without data profiling. 5. Security Safeguards Data are processed by ensuring, in accordance with Article 32 of the EU Regulation 2016/679, their security with adequate protection measures in order to reduce the risks of data destruction or loss, modification, unauthorized disclosure or accidental or illegal access. Processing shall be carried out by the founder of the Prize or by the natural persons authorized to carry out the relevant data communication and management procedures. 6. Communication and Circulation Personal data subject to processing may be communicated to third parties, public and private, in compliance with relevant legal, regulatory and/or contractual obligations. Where necessary, third parties are appointed by the Data Controller as Data Processors pursuant to Article 28 of EU Regulation 2016/679. At any time, the data subject may request an updated list of all Data Processors appointed by the Controller. 7. Transfer of data to a third country or international organization No transfer of data abroad is envisaged, unless it is necessary to Embassies or Consulates due to their competence for important reasons of public interest. 8. Duty to provide personal data The provision of data is compulsory and failure to provide such data will result in the impossibility of managing the activities related to "DucatoPrize", as well as to proceed with all other fulfilments related to the pursuit of the purposes referred to in point 2. 9. Period of data storage The data contained will be kept for the time necessary to pursue the purposes indicated above, within the limits of the prescriptive terms of the law. 10. Rights of the Data Subject Under certain conditions, the data subject may exercise the rights provided for in Chapter III of EU Regulation 2016/679 and in particular the right to access their personal data, to request their rectification, restriction or deletion as well as to object to their processing subject to the existence of legitimate reasons by the Data Controller. The Founder of the Prize, in case it proceeds to process the personal data collected, for a purpose different from the one identified above, proceeds to provide the person concerned with any information regarding this different purpose as well as any further information necessary. 11. Right to propose a complaint According to the provisions of Article 77 of the EU Regulation 2016/679, in the event of alleged violations of the regulation itself, the data subject may propose and submit any complaint to the Italian Supervisory Authority - Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, without prejudice to any other form of administrative or jurisdictional recourse. 12. Candidate's rights By checking the appropriate box on the form relating to the application to the competition announcement "DucatoPrize 23" uploaded at the link www.ducatoprize.com the candidate artist takes vision and accepts what is written and defined above.
